Based on what you have said, you went to Setup, Reports and Forms, Cheques and picked the chequing account.

See the image below.  Did you confirm the path and filename beside the Form label has a file that exists or did you only check on the Payment Cheque settings (upper red box).

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the file does exist. As mentioned, I havent modified anything, there should be a pathway there for this file to print but it keeps saying it cant locate printer form file. Just wondering what the disconnect is.

Actually just figured it out. Almost identical copy of my printer driver. Ugggh. Your help put me in the right direction, thank you very much!

The program normally doesn't give you Form file missing errors with a problem printer driver but as long as it's working, that's good.
