Invoice Layout Customization - Override Presets and only have Total Amount at the bottom

Question

When I go into reports and forms there is no “Invoices” option.
I can get into editing the invoice within the fees tab itself, but at the bottom it has Amount Paid and Amount Owing which I want to remove.
Even when I delete everything in that space (I see just a white square), save it and print an invoice, they still show up.
I have tried putting a box there, moving it to the front, putting Amount Total and the appropriate data box, but it just ends up behind these presets.
How do I remove these when they don’t even show up?

If you have or if the Industry Type you use changes the names from customer and invoice to client and fees or something else like that you need to look for Fees. Under Setup, Reports & Forms, on the left you will see it about 6 or 7 items down. 
 Or when you go to modify as you indicated, before you click Customise, just look at the left to see what item you are showing. 
 
 To fix your problem, just select Final Page at the right when customising your invoice and you will see the fields that show only on the last page. Then delete them.
