How to add a new tax code?

Question

I am from Ontario. Most of my purchases are HST added. But one insurance item is PST added. 
 I tried to add a new PST Tax code for my purchases. 
 I selected Setup-settings-Company-Sales Tax-Tax Code. 
 In the code, I put PST and tried to select the PST. But in the selection window, only HST shows up. 
 What am I doing wrong here? How do I add PST with corresponding rate?

Hi Georgerc, 
 You have to add the tax name PST first under Setup, Settings, Company, Sales Taxs, Taxes. Then, you can create your new tax code and link to the new tax name.
