EFT Direct - share data

I need to share the EFT Direct Database with another user. Is it just a case of moving the single data file to a shared location, then amending the program startup settings to point to the new location?

Hi Sheila, EFT Direct is single user design software. If you need multiple user access, you can try the integrated version EFT in 2016.3. If it does not work, you can migrated EFT Direct to a share computer where both user can access it. You can follow aritcle 15397 to migrate EFT direct to share computer.

Thank you for that. I just noticed that in my existing Company Maintenance window in 2016 EFT Direct, the working directory and ellipsis are greyed out. Any idea why that would be? I thought that was accessible in previous EFT Direct versions.
