Hi all,

I issued a chq as a prepayment (no invoice selected) because the invoice had not been received. Everything seemed good as normal. However, when I wanted to clear the payment by the invoice, I was not able to find the payment. I looked up by the chq number, and it said "There is no detail to look up" . But if I tried to find by vendor name, I could see the payment.

The thing is the prepayment is not shown at 'Payment' window (normally it shows at the bottom in red), therefore I cannot clear it with the invoice above.

Does anybody know possible reason? Actually I have no idea under what situation payment cannot be found. It is normal if I voided the chq. But for this case, I did not do anything after issuing the chq..
