I don't know of any "Deposits to Transfer" report in this version of the software. If you are using the US version of Sage 50, you may wish to post in their forums.

However, if you are using the Sage 50 Canadian version, is it possible you posted the entry in Sales with payment at the time of the sale? This would happen if you posted it after changing Paid by Pay Later, to something else. In this case, you didn't post the Receipt in Receipts, it is posted as part of the Sale, so you must go back to the sale to make any changes you need.

Another way to tell would be to go to the Journal Entry Report on the Reports menu and select All, then look for the report on the date you found it in the other report and look at the journal entry. If it does not show Accounts Receivable as part of the entry, it was all posted in the Sales module, not Receipts.
