Captcha problems "security check not successful" while logging on to Sage Drive

Hello:

Anyone having trouble with getting past Captcha? Mine makes me go through 15-20 sets of pictures to then tell me that "the security check was not completed successfully". I've gone through this process 5-6 times just to get the same message.

I really don't think that I could be that bad at checking boxes, I think it is just malfunctioning. Anyone have any ideas? I cannot log on to my client's database to complete the necessary work. Very tedious.

    That "security check" is a bonafide PITA. The pictures are dim, hard to see, murky. Easy to make mistakes. Question - once you have gone through the ordeal why the heck do you have to do it the next time you log in?

    Hello ,

    There is an outage with the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google. We are investigating an issue with registrations, logins, and password resets where customers are unable to complete these actions due to failed captcha responses. This issue affects all Safari and Internet Explorer users globally, including desktop cloud connected products.
