Try installing the C++ 2012 or the European Fonts from the Microsoft website.

Unfortunately this did not help.  I downloaded both of the suggested files and I am still getting the same message. I took a back up and restored it at another office and was able to print the ROE and the T4's. Thought maybe by backing up from that computer and then restoring onto my work computer it might bring the needed PDF file but no such luck.  do you think this is a computer problem?  I should call our computer tech? 

I do suggest for you to call us.  A tier 2 agent will be able to remote in and have closer look as this may be data file related.

When download the latest Microsoft.net Framework to my Windows 7 system through Windows Update, I always get the "Error 66A" message. Is it something to do with my Sage 50 V2019.1?

This is related to .Net Framework - not Sage 50. Try doing a .NET repair.

I called support and they remoted into our computer.  Had to repair the C++2012 file.  All is well now. Thanks for your help
