I don't know how to fix this problem.

Outstanding balance over the bank rec  doesn't match with the actual outstanding balance.  There is an unresolved amount $-25,025.01.  

Can  I change the statement end balance in order to change outstanding balance 0   ?   

But Even if I did, next month statement opening balance won't be correct. 

I got stuck.   I appreciate if somebody could help me.
