More options and resources to consider for your renewal email

Last week (2019-Mar-19) we received an email from [email protected] with an email with the above subject, and the title "Prepare for your Sage Business Care plan renewal"... in 2018.

Wow, talk about flogging the same old stuff every year...  now you're not even bothering to change the ad copy. 

I haven't called about the 10% increase, but I expect that 'all the options' now available in Quantum will indeed be the same two offered in 2018:

  - pay it

 - or else.

    Hi Erzsi,

    No, it was regarding a 15 user Quantum account ending 400xxxx732. 

    They've been quite disappointed with the pace of development in the software, and in longstanding issues that are rarely acknowledged and never resolved.  On the other hand, their only training costs are for new hires. 

    I keep my own account separate, to provide internal support, testing, report development, and some SDK c# software development.

    Oh ok, Francis from the SAN team has been asked to reach out to you to check in. Regarding, any enhancement requests and progress status on known issues. The R&D team generally prioritizes their work based on the ideas and votes on Sage Ideas (To suggest a new idea, go to SageCity.com > Support > Sage 50 Accounting - Canadian > Ideas).

    If the topics / issues have already been voiced there, then I'd suggest compiling a list of all the issues (include the link to the idea section). I'd be happy to get in touch with product management to ask if any are expected to be addressed in an upcoming release.
