Not sure if you have called in support for assistance

Did you received the error message when you try to start the Sage 50 CA software?

I would suggest you go to Tray-icon menu find "Simply accounting/Sage 50 accounting connection manager" and check if the status is running. (you can also go to start menu, Sage 50 CA folder find it)  if it is not running, you can click "start service" to start it .  (if your data is on server, you need check the server)

Press your Windows key and R, open the Windows Run dialog. Type services.msc.  Right-click "Sage 50 Database Connection Manager" and click Start. Try again to open Sage.
