There is no easy way to print the Official Receipts for Income Tax Purposes. Some people use the Receivables module and modify the Invoice to provide the information prescribed by the Income Tax Act. Every time a change is made to the prescribed information someone has to remember to make the changes in the customized form. Also, the number of donors (customers) grows every year with no easy way to purge the file. I work with many registered charities (churches) and I do not suggest using Sage 50C for a purpose for which it was not designed. There is a small program called Donation which works extremely well for producing the Official Receipts for Income Tax Purposes. You can find it under its Brand name of Software4NonProfits. At a cost of $100 to purchase and $50 per year to maintain it is worth a look. The Receipts are it's only purpose and the maintenance fee keeps the program current at all times. The donor list is carried over from year to year but it can be purged of all donors who  have not made a donation in the prior two years. There is no direct interface with Sage 50C but a single report (daily, weekly, monthly on your schedule) can be used to enter a simple General Journal recurring entry. I have many of my clients using Donation and enjoy the ease of data entry.
