File, Import/Export, Export Records will allow you to export the Chart of Accounts.

Create a new file without a Chart of Accounts, then File Import/Export, Import Records will allow you to import the chart you exported.

You will get an error on the Retained Earnings account but allow it to go and it will be fine.

You then have to go through all settings under Setup, Settings to make sure all the proper linked accounts are set for each module, all taxes and tax codes are set up appropriately, etc.
