is it possible to email a batch of pay stubs after the payroll run has been posted? My client would like the stubs emailed on pay day, Friday, not when the payroll is created, Tuesday.

Yes there is. How I do it is as follows:
I use the payroll cheque run feature in the payroll module to create payroll. Those employees that are receiving an emailed paystub have the email box ticked by their name.
Process payroll as normal.
Click the drop down menu "Reports"
Go to Batch Print/Email (at the bottom)
Then another window will open, you can select the employees you wish to email and it will email everyone.
I also use this feature for AP cheque runs.
How do you get the Batch Print/Email option to appear in the Reports drop down?
Enter the program as a single user.
Go into Set Up, Settings, Company, Forms,
Then click the box for Print/Email in Batches for the items you want to be able to batch print, ie AP cheques, payroll stubs.
in settings company forms the box is greyed out under the print/email batch for payroll cheques. Now what?
