Hi Kim FCNB, 

Thanks for reaching out. Are you on the 2020.2 version of Sage 50 CA? If so, then KB 106017 explains that there is a bug with T4s in that version. The issue will be fixed in the 2021.1 release.

• If box options are needed:
  • Print T4's in a file with the 2020.1 or older version instead
    • Here's the Version 2020.1  - Full Product install (395MB) download:

      https://cdn-dlm.esd.sage.com/Sage50CanadianEdition/18611/SA_20201CP1.exe 

  • Otherwise, do T4's outside of Sage 50 till a product update is available
