Print T4's to PDF

I am trying to print T4's and everything related to it to PDF to avoid the waste of unnecessary paper that comes with printing to the printer. I have changed the report & forms to pdf but the system keeps crashing. This client of mine as only 4 employees and after an hour I should be done with this as they are all on salary. Was hoping to get all my client's T4 work done today but at this rate it will not happen.

Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue?

Sage 50 Accounting allows printing to PDF or XPS file formats.

To be able to print in PDF you will need to install a PDF writer (example: Cute PDF is free for download online).

XPS is a Microsoft format and you will need to have an XPS writer installed to save as XPS.

When you have a PDF or XPS writer installed, click on Setup, Reports and forms.

Choose on the left side the form you want to print in PDF or XPS.

On the top right side click on the printer drop down menu and choose the PDF printer or XPS writer.

Click OK.

Next time you are printing a receipt, invoice or cheque you will be able to choose a location and save the XPS or PDF file.
