Just received my renewal notice and I called in to discuss the fee. The gentleman was very rude and not understanding of what I was trying to say. The fee for 2 users has gone up $100....for what? I mentioned that we switched over to Sage 50 Cloud Cdn and that the majority of the features are not usable due to the limitations within Sage. The annual renewal is costing almost $1000 a year. Is this similar to what others are paying per year. I would not mind paying if the system was more flexible to use, I could list at least 20 items that would enhance the system and some are already in the suggestion list. Happy to hear back from someone more pleasant.
