Hello,

We are using Sage 50 Premium Accounting - Canadian Ed. We have mutli-user mode set up to be able to access the data from two physical locations. I need to log in to single-user mode to make a backup of the data. The personnel at our other location have closed out of Simply completely, and restarted their computer as a secondary measure. I've now waited 25 minutes and can still only log in under multi-user mode as it still shows the other user logged in under the "View Users" screen. Any advice? 

I've seen other requests on here that the Administrator should have the ability to boot/kick/log-out inactive users. I agree whole-heartedly!!!
