Hi Charlie:

Go to the Setup Menu, choose Settings, Company, Sales Taxes, Taxes. Ensure you have GST/HST fields correctly entered. Click ok. Next, make sure you have some tax codes set-up for easy entry. If this has been turned off for awhile any entry made since this has been turned off will not show any taxes accumulated. Adjustments may be necessary!
