No, it is a way to say that it is around 11000 the amount that I have as unresolved

What is the actual amount you are off?  It may be the conversion rate on your credit card?

I don't have a conversion rate, the business use only one currency

I would recheck/confirm your invoices, dates & payments from last statement (unless your reconciliation balanced) and this month's statement.  Also any payment dates on the credit card from this month.  Recheck your ending & beginning balances as well.  Only other thing I can think of is to recheck all amounts and dates invoiced for the month and redo your reconciliation for the month before "posting" it.  If you can get someone else to review your #s (2nd pair of eyes often helps).  Sometimes it also helps to walk away from it and come back in 30 mins.  I would ask you for a screenshot, but not sure if you are comfortable with that.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help.  @ Alwyn is pretty knowledgeable, see if you can reach out to him.

From the screen shot I can see that your ending balance is $5,853.33. I noted that your opening balance is negative. If the ending balance should be negative as well you will be reconciled.

Hi, As Alwyn mentioned the $5853.33, if you double that number it is exactly what you are out.  Sounds like something that was entered was entered as a credit or debit - the wrong way to what it should of been.
