How to Transfer from Sage Simply Accounting Desktop Software to Sage Cloud

Question

Hi everyone... I'm hew here. 
 I have recently become treasurer for my condo corporation. The previous treasurer has been using Sage Simply Accounting for desktop since 2011. I would like to use the cloud-based version going forward. How do we go about transferring all of our previous records from the desktop version (from his computer) to the cloud version? Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your message. Here is a blog on how to re-install and on Sage 50 CA data transfer. 
 We currently have 2022 and 2021 downloads of our software available only; however, you can copy the installation files from your 2011 version. The blog details how to copy the C: \ Sage \ Sage 50 Accounting 20XX Installer folder to a USB stick. You might run into compatibility issues.
