Timing out of Sage50 Online

Is there a way Sage can let us adjust our user time - so it is not timing out so frequently. I operate a small business and do my own accounting - but I get called for other issues. It can take longer than 30 minutes to get back into the accounting stream. Meanwhile, Sage has timed out and usually shut down where i have to re-open the company to continue. Let us set our own auto-down times to suit our own operation and our own risk.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? Are you a user of Remote Data Access (RDA)? 

    When a Sage 50 Canada company file is shared with Remote Data Access, your Sage ID will be automatically logged off after 60 minutes of inactivity. There is no way to disable this feature, as it is a security measure to prevents Sage IDs from getting “stuck” forever in the RDA log because of a syncing issue.
