Bank Account not available under Linked Accounts

I am unable to link my main Bank Account to my accounts payable.  I am under Settings>Payables>Linked Accounts>Invoices and Payments.  For the Principal Bank Account, under the drop-down menu, the bank account is not available.  When I go in the Payment Journal to make a payment, I can manually select the correct bank account, however Sage won't let me link.

The account was previously linked and payments were automatically made from the correct bank account, but suddenly the linked account disappeared.

    The only reason a bank account will show in the list of potential bank accounts is if the program thinks it is a bank account.

    Under the Chart of Accounts, you can open the ledger for your bank account and select the Class Options tab.  Check here to see if it is still listed as a Bank Class.

    In the image below, you do not have to include your bank account information, just the class.  This is from the sample file.
