I normally close the Sage 50 file properly and make sure all possible users are out of the file.  Then move the errorlog.txt file to a different folder.  When you open the program again it will recreate the file with no data loss and your total file size will reduce.

My first thought was just delete the file but chickened out as I thought of all the possible things that could go wrong.

Have been using this product since Version 4.   Now that for sure will age me.  Not many things stump me anymore

For me it was DOS 3.4 I believe and then Windows 2 for my own company.  Glad you got it working again.
