Setup, Settings, Company, Backup, Scheduled Backup.

Be aware that this backup is only active if you are the last person to close the file and are in single-user mode at the time AND the backup only works the first time the program is closed in a day.  However, it is a good redundant backup that works in conjunction with a regular backup from File, Backup and/or a server backup.
