Shared not working again

I tried to open Sage this morning and once again it was not in shared, I noticed before completing the opening and stopped.  

Why does this always seem to happen after a Microsoft update, which Sage wants us to do, so we do and then this happens.

I tried open a shared company first and it opened in Shared but was missing data.  A LOT OF DATA! 

Then I tried opening a Sample company as suggested the last time this happened and it did a download and then I went and repeated this on the other shared computer.  The last time they said once this download is complete you should be able to go back and open Sage and the last time all the data was here and it opened in Shared, this time it opened in shared did a synchronise and update and the data was still missing.

Please have someone call me and sort this out as now the system is saying I am in the file so it can not be opened.  IT IS NOT OPEN ON MY COMPUTER! 

If I have to re-enter data AGAIN because your system is faulty I will be deducting amounts from what you are paid as your system causes work to be duplicated.  THAT IS ALL MY PAYROLL AND A BANK RECONCILIATION 18 pages that will need to be re-entered not to mention all of the AR and AP I can't think of!  THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE from a company as big as SAGE and as expensive!
