Cannot email invoices or statements

Question

Hello, Hoping someone will be able to help. When I try email and invoice or statement I get the following error message: 
 
 This was happening before and someone from this forum explained how to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I am not able to find the message. I am using Sage 50 Premium V2018.1.

Thank you Sue! The problem was in my outlook settings. I am once again able to email my invoices.

Check 2 areas: 
 1. First, check your email program setting as this looks like it may be the email service 
 2. Second, check the Email settings in Sage 50 - Set Up - Settings - Email
