EDIT - See update at the end - Got DButil to load but now don't have the System Admin password...
So it appears the same thing that happened to me 6 years ago is happening for another company and I can't seem to fix it.
I found this old thread I posted back then and went through the solutions and tried to do what I did back then but I can't get it working.

TLDR version - all of payment related modules don't work and crash the system.
I tried to do what Richard S. Ridings suggested about clicking on and off columns but that didn't fix it. I was going to try to add a new user but for some reason my admin password is not that same as the one I have recorded in my password manager (does work fine for other company I tested).
Next I found the CDs and copied of DBUtil but when I run it, it says that some DLLs aren't present. I thought the issue was because a few months ago I copied the Simply Accounting files over to a new machine so I didn't actually have it "installed" on this computer so I thought maybe some dependancies were not installed. I reinstalled and reactivated again but when I ran DButil it still gives the same errors about the DLLs missing. If anyone has suggestions on how to install/get DBUtil running it would be appreciated.
I tried backing up the data and then restoring it into another database but that also seems to keep the usernames/passwords. Worse case if I can't get DBUtil to work is there any way to export this data and recreate a new database file with minimal entry since I have access to the data just can't open the modules.
Anyway help would be appreciated, I see Richard is still active here, don't know if I should have tagged but wanted to give full credit since the answers helped so much last time!
EDIT
I managed to come across this old answer by Richard which said I needed to put the DButil in the root programs files directory for Simply Accounting. So that worked and managed to get it to load but it is asking for my Sysadmin password and the password I thought it was doesn't work...
Don't know if I can do anything else, does Sage still provide password restoration for Simply Accounting? Other companies that do this as well? I see software out there but don't know if they are legit or not.
