I could not find the path mentioned in the first step. Not sure if its related to the version we are using.

Sage 50 Quantum Accounting 2020

I could only find "Global" settings under "Options" where we have already applied the decimals but still facing the issue.

Below is a screenshot of the toolbar:

Are you sure this is Sage 50 Canadian Quantum edition? I have worked with a few clients using Quantum but have never seen this particular toolbar. Go to Help > about Sage 50, and verify it is the Canadian Edition.

Thank you. Now its clear to me on why the menu/toolbar looks different even when I was googling!

We have the US edition.
