Payroll Cheque Run not selecting all employees

When the payroll cheque run form is opened, all employees are selectable, when I click the button to select all employees it properly selects 7, then the remaining 3 get disabled.  Anyone else seeing this?

    Thank you for reaching out about the issue with the Payroll Cheque Run not selecting all employees in Sage 50.

    This is a known issue after the 2024.1 update. We have a workaround that should help you select all employees:

    1. Open the Payroll Cheque Run window, but do not immediately click the button to select all employees.
    2. First, make a different selection, such as changing the Auto-select dropdown from "Not yet paid on this Cheque Date" to "All Employees," or try altering the Cheque Date.
    3. After this change, you should be able to select all employees.

    Hi Erzsi,

    Thank you for the workaround, manually checking each employee works as well.  It is good to know this is a known bug.

    Oddly enough, today when I open the Payroll Cheque Run form, every employee is already automatically selected, I'm not sure what changed:

    The Sage advised work around of changing the pay period frequency or auto select item did NOT work for me.  I found another users advice to put the working date of sage forward to the end of the month and that cleared the issue.
