Cloud Back up failed

Question

I am unable to back up my data using Cloud. It processes as if it were going to do so, showing that it uploads, but then I get an error message saying Cloud backup unsuccessful. 
 Thoughts on how to rectify?

Hi Laurie , Thank you for reaching out about this issue with your cloud backup in Sage 50 Canada. Based on the information you've provided, and the support ticket notes that I found with you and the team fromJan 31st, it looks like this issue was successfully resolved. 
 For the benefit of this forum, here&rsquo;s a step-by-step guide . According to the support ticket from January 31, 2024, (STEP 3) stopping the sharing of the old file and sharing the new file resolved the issue.
