Thanks for reaching out. If the font size in your Sage 50 window appears larger when using remote access, affecting the number of vendors you can view in the AP section, note that this can happen due to differing screen resolutions between your local and remote setups.

To address this, we recommend adjusting the screen resolution settings on the computer you're using to access Sage remotely. Lowering the screen resolution often helps to enlarge the display elements. For instance, if your current resolution is set to 1920 x 1080, try changing it to 1680 x 1050.

Please note, adjusting the DPI (dots per inch) and text size might not be ideal as it could result in elements not displaying correctly within the Sage 50 dialog boxes.
