Sage50 Newbie - Quote - Record

Hi everyone,

New & I have an error, "The estimate must have a quantity ordered. Be sure the Contract column contains an amount.", when I click "RECORD" button after writing up my quote for services. The "QUANTITIES" column is highlighted blue and am unable to input anything. How do I get passed this to save my quote, please?

This tells you to use the Order quantity column, not the Quantities column. It's not the best message but it is the clue.

The Quantities column is disabled because at the quote stage you could not possible have shipped anything yet.

Quotes and Sales orders need to have a quantity ordered.
