If you are looking for just the account numbers you can run a Chart of Accounts under Reports/Lists.  If you are looking for dollar amounts as well, run the Reports/Financial Reports/Trial Balance

If you want the full detail of the entries in the revenue and expense accounts, go to Reports > Financials > General Ledger. Choose your fiscal year and set the dates for the period you want. Then highlight the 4000 and 5000 accounts. the easiest way to highlight all of these accounts is to highlight the first 4xxx account then scroll to the last 5xxx account and holding down the Shift Key when highlighting this account. All your required accounts should now show in blue. Set the rest of the parameters at the bottom of the window, then click OK. When the report is on the screen you can then print to your printer of choice (verify your print under Change Print Settings first.)

Thanks very much.  That is exactly what I wanted - to print a hard copy of all the transactions from 2023 from the revenue and expense accounts.
