No Startup Screen

Question

Hello, 
 I'm experiencing an issue where all of the staff members no longer see the startup screen to Sage50. The screen is the one that would show the last worked on company, or log into the sample company, create a new company, etc. Now instead of showing that screen it just immediately brings up windows explorer asking you to select the company database file you want to work with. 
 This has only started happening recently. Was there an update that is causing this? Or is there a setting?

Once you are in the file, from the Home Window, select View, Select Company Window At Startup. It is an option on that main screen to turn it off, so I would think each of your users did that, or someone decided it was not worth seeing so they did it on all the computers. 
 I believe this is a computer setting so each computer will have to do this. Then you will get that window the next time you start the program.

Hi Lana: 
 Try opening the sample company. It should be located on C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Simply Accounting\Year of your Sage product E.G. 2021\Samdata\Product type, choose Pro, Premium or Enterprise\Universl 
 Double click on Universl to open the sample company, Once opened go to the View menu and Select Company Window at Startup. Close the sample company and then start Sage 50 again. Once started you will get the Select Company Window at Startup.
