Have you tried to reboot computer? Also try setting the screen resolution to something different then reset to normal. Perhap try the database utility - repair security (under Maintenance) to see if that will work. If none of these work then I would suggest to call tech support. I (and I think others) have been getting strange errors after changing into fiscal year - all were different from one another tho - mine was the debit and credit total in trial balance did not match after rolling into new fiscal year and tech support was required to fix it. Another client had payroll income window not show anything in it such as regular rate, salary etc and that also required tech support to correct.

Go back into Settings>Setup>Company>Information

On the menu bar of this window/dialog box you see the words View. Click on View and the menu choice will be Restore Window. Click on Restore Window. See if that fixes it. It should.
