Importing OFX file from Desjardins make Sage 50 to crash

I'm trying to import the OFX file but Sage 50 crashed all the time. When I select the OFX file, it tell me that the Bank branch should be 700000100 and my account giving me the whole set of number from a check. But this number has the bank, branch and account number.

I do enter the given number so the message disappear, but then crashed in creating report.

Thank you.

    Thank you Keith,

But none of those KB works for me. I only have one deposit in my system right now and it's source is number 1.

    I'm stock!

    Hi F.S. Sciences,

Some banks require you to enter a unique identifier instead of the bank's transit number in the Transit Number box in the bank's account record. If you do
this, you may want to include the transit number at the beginning of the Account Number box. Contact your bank for more information.

Also, export your bank statement and import it in a month by month basis.  Do not try 2 months or more/less on one import.

In case you still have difficutly to import online statement, if you still have your warranty service or you are under a service plan, please do not hesitate to contact our support at 1-888-522-2722 for further troubleshooting.

    Thanks.
