Please uninstall your software once more. Before you try and install it again please make sure ALL your Windows Updates have been done for your Vista Computer. Make sure after you have done all the updates for Windows Updates, run it again and make sure there are not updates to your updates. After said and done make sure you restart your computer.

Next make sure you have administrator right on your computer. Perhaps your user was set up not to have adminstrator rights and then the install will not work properly. Please use the account that has adminstrator rights.

Now you should be able to install your Sage 50 software.

Well that would be helpful if I weren't away from home, at work, 5:30 to 5:30 M-F. And Sage help only being available 6-5 M-F. Thanks anyway. I'm at a loss as to why this is so difficult. I've never had an issue like this when loading software.
