Accountants Copy

Question

I am trying to create an accountants copy for my FYE. Last year I created the accountants copy and sent off to my accountant and entered all the adjusting journal entries by hand rather than importing through the accountants copy option in Sage. Now it wont let me create a copy because one already exists. How do I send the CAB file to my accountant with the info for this FYE?

Hi Ryker, 
 You can go to File in the menu bar, select Accountant's Copy and click Cancel Accountant's Copy. 
 You will then see a pop up window saying "You are about to cancel the accountant's copy. If you continue, you will not be able to import the entries created by your accountant for this file. Do you want to continue? " 
 Click Yes and you can go ahead and create another accountant's copy.
