Print a Description on Cheques

Hi,

I would like to print the item descriptions on my payment cheques. I can't see any way of Customizing a Sage 50 Form for this.

I have looked in the forums and found a suggestion to use the "OCR Multip-Purp AP Detail Laser" form. This form is not available as far as I can tell. I am using Simply Accounting 2013. Is this form not on the newer software?

How can I get the item description for a payment to print on the stub of the cheque?

The comment line is about it. Do you mean, the descriptions from 'Other Payment' cheques?

You could run off a Purchase Order, then put a comment on your cheque like "As Per Purchase Order 80932'

A quick Google search suggests that "OCR Multip-Purp AP Detail Laser" is a Sage 50 U.S. (Peachtree) form.

Are you running the Canadian version of Sage 50?
