Migrate from Simply Acct 8(XP) to Sage 50 (WIN7)

Question

I cannot find a way to move data from SA 8 to Sage 50. I downloaded trial version. No export to a anything that can be imported. Will not open backup file (.BAK). Any suggestions? Thanks.

 May I ask you what version of Trial you have downloaded? First step or Pro? 
 When you tried to restore the backup and did the data conversion, what message did you see?

it worked!!! Thanks Keith. I ended up downloading trial PRO version and it was able to read SA8 backup .cab file and get up and running in SAGE 50. Long process and about 20 minutes for it to complete, but it did work and is stable. 
 Thanks for suggesting PRO over econo--First Step version.
