Internet access required for this command

Question

I use Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2013. It has been working great but today for some reason it wont let me do anything online such as anything in the Services tab it just keeps telling me that "Internet accessrequired for this command" Now obviously I am able to go online as I am on this forum and also in the learning centre is tells me I am online. So I dont understand what the problem is and how to fix it since I am connected to the internet. Please help :(

 You are correct, or you can download Sage 50 2013 from the link below. 
 http://cdn.dlm.na.sage.com/sage50canadianedition/5021/sa_20133cp1.exe 
 Then, you will update it to release d 
 After that, you can restore from backup by following the knowledge base article below. 
 10087 How to restore from a backup?

I know this is an old thread but I had this issue for months now and couldn't read any messages and just a few weeks ago links wouldn't open in my Outlook any more so I found a fix for that which at the same time fixed this Sage issue for me. I followed the instructions at https://www.slipstick.com/problems/this-operation-has-been-cancelled-due-to-restrictions/ in the section "Edit Registry, Part 2" and that did it. Just wanted to share it for anybody having the same issues and finding this.
