When I'm working in the program and want to run a report (let's say an income statement), I go to Reports > Financials > Income Statement.  A prompt window should appear to ask me for the report parameters, but I don't see anything on either of my dual extended display screens.  If I click back in the main window, I get the Windows error sound and can't click anything - because there is an open window waiting for me to enter the prompt information somewhere.  The prompt window is either behind the main window or off the screen's viewing area.  All I can do is Ctrl + Alt + Delete and close Sage that way, and re-open.  But the same thing will happen if I try to run the income statement again.

The only way I can get around this is undocking my laptop from the port replicator and trying to work long hours on a tiny laptop screen.

How can I fix this?
