Does Sage make a tax product?

SOLVED

I'm thinking here how Sage's competitor, Intuit, makes accounting AND tax software, namely QuickBooks and TurboTax. Just wondering if Sage has a product akin to TurboTax?

Thanks!

Kristine

P.S. have no idea what "CATEGORY" and "SUBCATEGORY" to put this question under

No they don't. Too many small companies in that market to make it worth their while. the only reason Intuit has one is they bought up the personal division of Cantax years ago.

If you are looking for reliable, easy to use, Sage compatible tax software, look into TaxCycle.

Intuit purchased Chiptax in 1993 or 1994 from ChipSoft, who bought out WinTax, (Edmonton)and renamed it Quicktax.

This was several years before Intuit also bought the Cantax (Calgary) and other client mailing lists from Informatrix (Sherbrooke, Que)  (a division of The Learning Company (Boston), which had become a division of the Mattel Toy Company)

Around that time, GreenPoint Software (Calgary), developers of ProFile tax software, were also purchased by Intuit.

The original developer(s) of CanTax, and later GreenPoint, are the ones who started TaxCycle.
