TO ORDER REPORT-Sage 50- CA-Premium

SOLVED

Dear Sirs,

At present the quantities "on purchase order" are shown separately at the bottom of Inventory Quantity Report; whereby one has to manually deduct- "on purchase quantity" from the "to order quantity", to arrive at "new order"

Will anyone be pleased to advise me if there is a way to generate a report for inventory quantities to be ordered, where "Quantities on Purchase" are shown at alongside the columns of "quantity in stock", "minimum quantity" and "quantity on purchase" and finally "quantity to order"- after deducting the "quantity on purchase"; which will save a great deal of time and effort for preparing a lengthy new order sheet.

Set it to print in Landscape, and / or scrunch the columns together by dragging the bars between them with the mouse.   If the dotted page break line isn't on the right hand side, each page of the report will be split into multiple pages.

There is a Print Preview button in the upper left corner of the report screen that will show the printout before the trees are used up.

If you only want a list of what needs to be ordered, use a filter:
