Cannot create a backup

When trying to create a backup I get the following error.

"The backup folder cannot be created in the requested location.  Make sure that you have the permissions needed to save the backup file to this location"

After I click on ok, error pops up saying sage has stopped working and the program closes

The only way to get a backup done is by right clicking and running the program as administrator.

Problem with this is that the user does not and should not have this password.

I have tried saving to many different locations, and checked the users permissions to these folder, including my documents and desktop

I created a folder on the C drive and gave the user full permissions

I gave user local admin rights

I added the user to the domain admins group

Nothing worked.

This is running on a terminal server and all the data is locally stored on the terminals server.

Sage support only says that the program does not have the rights to save, but could not give me solution.

Not sure how this makes sense as I am able to create files, update existing ones and save with no problems.

I just cannot create a backup.
