Printing recurring entries

Is there a way to print out all of the recurring entries set up - not just the list of what they are - but the actual debits and credits of the entries.

    Hi,

There is no way to print out the detail of recurring transactions in any Edition.  (including Quantum)

Possibly this was not implemented because each of the different types of recurring transaction is stored differently, in a different table (i.e. GL are in trcgen and trcgenL; purchases are in trcpur, trcpurl, trcpurlp, trcpurlt, and trcpurtt).

It would be quite difficult to do, requiring separate coding for each type of transaction, and some types of transaction wouldn't have known debits and credits until the transaction is set up (average cost of an item, current selling price of an item, current employee pay rate, etc).

If you need reports for one type of transaction detail, such as from the G/L, one of the Sage partners may be able to develop a custom report for you.

I hope that helps, please post back.
