HST charged on invoice from Ontario

Question

Hello, 
 Our company received an invoice from a Freight Company in Ontario, HST applied on the invoice. In B.C., we get charged GST only. 
 How do we enter this invoice in Simply Accounting? Should we separate the tax in GST and PST? Can we get back the PST when we file PST end of the month?
