Hi,

Sage budgets are values that you can get back out on a report, and have no other effect, such as being part of a calculation between modules, or as a way of setting spending limits.

There is also no connection between the Project budget (even if you put in account detail) and the G/L budget amounts.

Sage 50 can generate a comparison income statement report between the budget for utilities and the actual amounts.

Similarly you can generate a Project budget report showing actual vs. budget.

But the two have no connection with each other.
