Password Required but I have never used one

I just installed Sage 50 First Step 2015 on a new computer.

My previous computer had Simply Accounting 2012 Premium.

After installing Sage 50, I tried to use the restore from backup feature and then I was going to convert the old files into Sage 50. When I tried to restore from backup, a popup window showed up asking for a password. This is the first time I'm using the program. How do I find out what this password is?

Also, CAN I convert from 2012 Premium to Sage 50 First Step? or what version would I need?

There may be a user ID and password set for the company data that you are trying to restore. The default first user for a new company is always 'sysadmin', and the password starts out blank.

No, you need at least Sage 50 Premium or Quantum.

Posted a similar problem in the forum, I entered sysadmin and leave the password blank, but not working either
